1. Report the accident to Netherlands as soon as possible giving details of when, where and how the accident occurred, what was damaged, the involved parties, injuries sustained (if any) and who was at fault.
2. We will advise you what to do next.
3. We will require you to provide the following documents:

• • Completed claim form. (we will provide form)
  • Valid licence with appropriate class.
  • Estimate for repairs.
  • Proof of ownership (for Third Party).

Property & Other

1. Report your claim to Netherlands as soon as possible including details of damage, theft, loss, injury etc. and when, where and how it occurred.
2. We will advise you what to do next.
3. We will require you to provide the following documents

• • Completed claim form (we will provide form)
  • Estimate for repairs, replacement or reimbursement
